Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and me754. By creating an account or using any me754 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the me754 platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the me754 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by me754 ("me754," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the me754 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of me754, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the me754 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

me754 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by me754 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the me754 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one me754 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your me754 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. me754 will never request your password through any channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify me754 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. me754 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your me754 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the me754 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: me754 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at me754's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Identity Verification: me754 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited.
• Anti-Money Laundering: me754 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. me754 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering or fraud.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

me754 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. me754 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: me754 employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, placing offsetting bets to artificially fulfill wagering requirements, and colluding with other players. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Modification and Withdrawal: me754 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Betting

All games and betting activities on the me754 Platform are governed by the following general rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers. me754 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final. me754 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or where there is evidence of fraudulent activity.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, me754 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed, bets will be returned to the player's account.
• me754 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for any game or event at its sole discretion.
• For sports betting, me754 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds in cases of obvious pricing errors, match-fixing suspicions, or force majeure events.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the me754 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one me754 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing me754 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the me754 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of me754 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of me754.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, me754 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

me754's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your me754 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

me754 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. me754 is committed to protecting your personal information and will not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

11. Responsible Gaming

me754 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time through account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

me754 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of your account for cause, me754 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balances. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to me754.

You may close your me754 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard game rules.

13. Amendments to These Terms

me754 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, me754 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the me754 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and me754, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, you may also escalate your complaint to the relevant PAGCOR regulatory body in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
